What I'm proud of:

• Successfully managed and mentored a fully remote team of developers, fostering strong relationships and effective communication

• Designed and implemented a credit-based currency and transaction system that streamlined transactions for multiple accounts with high concurrency

• Thrived in a fast-paced environment with driven individuals while working fully remote, resulting in productive outcomes

In general: Developing new software solutions for the ORTEC Relevance Platform and other ORTEC products. Creating in-house tools, API's and other very cool internetty things!

What I'm proud of:

• Developed a new front-end application and API's for one of ORTEC's largest products

• Successfully integrated into a remote team during the COVID-19 pandemic

• Thrived under high-pressure situations, meeting tight deadlines while satisfying user demands

In general: Developing and maintaining Software (SAAS) solutions for taxi companies. Building API's and in‑house management tools for data management. Setting up and maintaining servers and CI‑Tools.

What I'm proud of:

• Designed and developed REST API for streamline taxi booking and dispatching, resulting in improved efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Created a robust back-end platform for taxi dispatching, facilitating smooth operation of the business

• Established a chat server to provide live-chat functionality on native apps, enhancing user experience and communication

• Implemented automated testing and deployment for all software using CI tools, ensuring high-quality and reliable software delivery

• Orchestrated new server infrastructure and container setup with Docker and Kubernetes, reducing downtime and increasing scalability

In general: Developing custom WordPress websites for small and big companies as well as custom WordPress solutions for search engines and membership websites. Maintaining existing websites and providing updates & support.

What I'm proud of:

• Developed a search engine for trip planning, organization and booking using WordPress

• Created a custom loan calculation plugin using WordPress for leading Dutch credit providers

• Integrated taxiID systems with various WordPress websites via custom-made plugin

In general: Leading teams running the loading docks and internal cross‑docks within the warehouse complex as well as loading trucks and coordinating dock load. Order-picking and restocking the warehouse using reachtrucks.

What I'm proud of:

• Leading serveral teams of multicultural and multilingual origin

• Growing from orderpicker to a leadership position Learning basic Polish language skills in order to be able to communicate with specific members of the team in order to be more efficient
